Perhaps you’ve encountered a white wine that comes in a 1 liter bottle inside the cooler at your local fine wines shop this summer. There are a handful of them on the market this year. But it’s not necessarily something you see every day. Some of these wines are 100% Gruner Veltliner, Austria’s flagship white and a fast favorite here in the states; some others may be a little known white blend called “Edelzwicker.”
